Product character:

Operating method:

1.Pull, ( stick) the hot melt adhesive film, make one side on the machine and the lacunal side is up toward the cloth, which can prevent cloth from slipperying away, keeping resistance.
2.First, set the temperature of the machine peel off the film 100-120, but 130 in winter. When temperature is under standard, spread some layers of 10 pieces of "magic gum film" on the bottom of lathe in advance, then press ten times,and after that you can start your work.
3.After you work several 100 times, gum film on the bottom of lathe will accumulate to a certain thickness. So maybe the temperature should be adjustd to 140 again, but make sure that the gum film can't be too thick. If the gum film is about 15mm, you need clean out it and redo the gum film bottom of lathe.
4.If the bottom gum film glisten, it mean the temperature is too high that may affect the result of some face-cloth and embroidery thread sensitive to heat. Then turn down the temperature,cover it with other cloth and press 2-3 times until the gum film bottom of lathe turns white which is the best operation condition.
